Top 5 Cybersecurity Conferences for B2B Sellers (2026-27)

RSAC, Infosecurity Europe, Forum INCYBER, GISEC and Gartner US compared for security sellers, with buyer fit, public company lists, prices and an outreach calendar.

Visitors discuss security software at a conference exhibition booth.

Choose RSAC for a broad US security campaign, Infosecurity Europe for UK accounts and channel partners, Forum INCYBER Europe for France, and GISEC Global for a Gulf market plan. Gartner's US Cybersecurity & Risk Management Summit suits enterprise sellers with an executive meeting strategy and a larger budget.

A vendor selling through French integrators should make a different choice from a company selling security operations software to US enterprises. Attendance alone will not settle that choice.

How we selected the five

We reviewed all 22 directory records tagged cybersecurity. Of those, 21 start between this article's release on 27 October 2026 and 26 October 2027. The pool includes physical security shows, broad IT exhibitions and vendor conferences.

We favored security relevance, regional buyer fit, usable public company information and enough time to arrange meetings. We checked organizer pages on 23 October 2026. Dates, prices and directory status below reflect that check. Meeting tactics are our recommendations, rather than organizer promises.

Four picks combine a security exhibition with conference content. Gartner is an analyst-led leadership conference with a solution provider exhibition. None is a scientific congress or a conference organized around scheduled partnering meetings. Vendor conferences can work well for complementary products, but their customer base narrows the audience.

We excluded it-sa from the main five because it opens on publication day.

The sources and pricing details appear with each pick below. A participant count, a future target and a directory count measure different things. Partners can include public bodies and associations. A company listing does not identify its attending employees.

1. RSAC for a broad US security campaign

RSAC runs at Moscone Center on 5-8 April 2027. It earns first place for sellers whose account plans span several security categories, partners and technology vendors.

The organizer reports 43,000+ community members at RSAC 2026. Its 2027 pass page advertises more than 600 exhibitors. Treat the latter as promotion for the coming event, rather than a final exhibitor result.

The range suits companies selling identity security, cloud security, data protection and security operations tools. It also gives vendors selling to other security vendors a reason to attend. Skip it if your plan depends on finding a quiet room of end buyers or arranging everything after arrival.

Our reviewed navigation did not expose a public 2027 company directory. For historical examples, Samantha Schober's May 2025 SecurityInfoWatch roundup covers CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust and Palo Alto Networks announcements at RSAC 2025. This independently published trade report mainly summarizes vendor announcements. It establishes past company activity, not 2027 participation or product effectiveness.

Start with existing accounts and partners who publicly announce their plans. Separate three meeting types: buyer evaluations, integration discussions and channel discussions. Give each a different invitation. A buyer evaluating identity security needs a useful technical conversation; an integration partner needs engineering scope and commercial terms.

The 2027 rates put Core at USD 1,695 through 18 December 2026. Basic includes expo access and selected programming. Its announced USD 250 rate starts in the December pricing table, with availability expected mid-December. Check whether Core's sessions justify the difference for each rep.

Reserve travel only after agreeing on account ownership and a meeting location. Leave time between appointments to walk across the campus and record the discussion. A schedule filled with simultaneous receptions is difficult to execute.

2. Infosecurity Europe for UK buyers and channel partners

Infosecurity Europe returns to Excel London on 8-10 June 2027. We prefer it for sellers building a UK security pipeline, particularly those seeking resellers, managed service providers and integrators.

The Channel Zone page describes those partner categories and restricts access to Channel Badge Holders. It still contains a 2026 programme heading. Confirm the 2027 badge rules before making the zone your meeting base. The organizer also describes invitation-only leadership areas and vendor-free Table Talks on its visit page. A general badge does not promise access to those discussions.

The public exhibitor directory opened without company profiles in our check. We could not verify an edition-specific organizer attendance or exhibitor count. The site offers registration interest, with no published 2027 ticket terms. Budget without assuming that a previous edition's admission policy will return.

TechRadar Pro's Ellen Jennings-Trace and Mike Moore reported from the 2025 show. Their coverage includes booth visits to Okta and Rubrik and participation in a Semperis ransomware simulation. This is firsthand reporting from June 2025. Product claims remain the vendors' claims, and those companies are historical examples, not confirmed 2027 exhibitors.

For an identity or recovery vendor, that suggests a practical demonstration built around a buyer's incident. Bring a rep who can discuss deployment, dependencies and recovery steps. Keep a separate partner conversation about service delivery and support. Mixing a reseller pitch with an end-user demonstration wastes both audiences' time.

Skip London if your current accounts are mainly in the US or Gulf. If your only objective is meeting CISOs in restricted sessions, ask the organizer about eligibility before purchasing anything.

3. Forum INCYBER Europe for France and public-sector partners

Forum INCYBER Europe runs on 9-11 March 2027 at Lille Grand Palais. It combines security products with policy, public bodies and digital trust. Choose it when France forms a material part of your sales territory.

The organizer's 2026 recap on LinkedIn reports 17,200 participants, including 3,000 international participants, and 730 public and private partners. The partner number is broader than exhibitors. We use that explicit recap because animated counters on the key-figures page did not display their final values in our text check.

The 2026 partner directory embeds a readable Swapcard list. It names Cisco, SentinelOne, Orange Cyberdefense France, Exclusive Networks and Framatome. These are examples from 2026. Their presence suggests research paths across product vendors, distributors, services and industrial security, rather than confirmed prospects for 2027.

With your French partner, divide accounts between companies that could buy the product and companies that could deliver it. Prepare French material explaining implementation, support and the division of responsibilities. Ask the partner to review the target accounts before sending invitations.

The registration page still shows 2026 prices: EUR 60 including VAT for an online Visitor pass and EUR 468 for Executive. The old pass descriptions gave different access to the business meeting platform. Neither price nor access level confirms the 2027 offer. The homepage says registration opens in December 2026; the registration page has less precise wording about opening in 2027.

Check the new pass terms in December, then arrange January outreach around a specific French account problem. Skip Lille if you have neither French coverage nor a partner able to handle follow-up. Meetings about implementation need someone who can support the market after the exhibition.

Public directories get you to companies. For person-level research, EarlyHall's free sample of 10 qualified attendees includes source URLs and event roles for a named upcoming conference. A listing does not confirm attendance, and public information cannot promise complete coverage.

4. GISEC Global for a Gulf expansion plan

The organizer confirms 4-6 May 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. That location belongs in the travel brief; do not assume the event uses an older central Dubai venue.

GISEC is our regional pick for companies targeting Gulf government, finance, energy and telecom accounts. The organizer describes those industries and cooperation with the UAE Cyber Security Council, Dubai Electronic Security Centre, Ministry of Interior and Dubai Police. Its anticipated 25,000+ infosec professionals and advertised 750+ cybersecurity brands are forward-looking 2027 claims.

The exhibit page labeled 2026 includes testimonials from representatives of Microsoft, Cloudflare, Honeywell and distributor Spire Solutions. Those organizer-selected comments give examples of the regional vendor and partner mix. They provide no independent measure of sales results. The linked company directory is still labeled 2026, and its profiles did not load in our text check.

The homepage advertises a free visitor pass and a paid all-access pass. Its content mixes 2027 dates with 2026 sections. We could not confirm 2027 pass terms or an all-access price. Ask the organizer to confirm which stages and meeting areas each pass includes.

For this event, partner preparation should come before booth design. Build a short list of distributors and integrators that already serve your target industry. Discuss implementation capacity, account ownership and support hours before proposing joint meetings. A partner that sells to banks may require different proof from one that serves industrial operators.

Skip Dubai if you are testing interest without the capacity to support Gulf accounts. A meeting with a regional partner needs a concrete next step, such as a joint account review or a technical evaluation. Put the responsible person and date in the meeting notes.

5. Gartner US for enterprise security leadership

Gartner's summit runs on 14-16 June 2027 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor. Choose it for enterprise security and risk selling where a leadership discussion can advance an existing account.

The homepage advertises 4,500+ CISOs and cybersecurity leaders, without identifying the edition behind that count. Its 250+ solution provider promotion differs from the 133 items in the current 2027 exhibitor directory. Directory examples include Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Dragos and Kiteworks. Use those profiles for partner and competitor research; they say nothing about an end buyer's attendance.

The registration page lists USD 4,475 early bird and USD 4,925 standard, without a visible early-bird deadline. Exhibiting requires a separate commercial discussion. Gartner also states that analyst one-to-ones are not for vendor briefings or product demonstrations. The CISO Circle requires an application. Do not treat either as an included sales appointment.

A rep attending this event needs a business conversation ready. Prepare an account brief covering the buyer's security programme, existing tools and the decision your product would support. Bring evidence that can survive questions about deployment effort, operating cost and ownership. Keep the demonstration available for a later technical meeting.

This is a poor first experiment for a company that needs many inexpensive contacts. An enterprise team with open opportunities can compare its full trip cost with the value of advancing those specific accounts. Before committing, request the exhibitor terms and establish which named meetings would justify sending a rep.

What attendees say about vendor contact

Two Reddit discussions complicate the sales argument for large security events. They are personal accounts, not representative surveys.

In a March 2025 discussion of RSAC value, u/Dillage described useful talks and small-table discussions, but found the expo less useful. The commenter reported repeated cold calls from vendors who knew little about them. Another commenter, u/todudeornote, found booths useful when they had specific product questions. Sellers should record the question that prompted a conversation and use it in follow-up.

In a March 2026 discussion about attending RSAC for a career change, u/cant_pass_CAPTCHA described a vendor-heavy event aimed at senior roles. u/Difficult_Box8429 instead recommended purposeful attendance and conversations with solution architects. Bring a solution architect who can answer product questions. These accounts do not establish the 2027 buyer mix.

Which event deserves your budget?

For a US campaign, start with RSAC if your account list crosses security categories. Add Gartner when the target conversation concerns programme ownership, risk and executive decisions. Sending the same booth script to both loses the reason to choose either.

For Europe, select London for UK accounts and channel development, or Lille for a French sales plan. A team covering both needs separate account owners and language preparation. GISEC deserves its own partner plan and follow-up resources.

Alternatives we left out

Put preparation on the calendar

  1. In November, select the region and assign account owners for Lille, RSAC, Dubai or London.
  2. In December, check INCYBER registration and RSAC Basic availability before choosing passes.
  3. In January, review new company lists and start arranging March and April meetings.
  4. In February and March, confirm Gulf partners and arrange GISEC meetings for May.
  5. In April, prepare separate UK channel conversations and US leadership conversations for the two June events.
