What it is
Plast is the international trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, held at Fiera Milano in Rho. It covers injection, extrusion, blow moulding and thermoforming machinery, moulds, raw materials, recycled materials, auxiliary equipment, finishing and services. The 2026 edition was the 20th, and the organizer calls the 2029 edition the 21st.
Who attends
The organizer reports 35,000 attendances at the 2026 edition, 25% of them from abroad, with 110 countries represented. It says about 9,000 international operators came, including more than 350 selected buyers through the incoming programme with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE). The mix leans Italian, so the fair suits sellers who want the Italian plastics processing base.
