What it is
Control is an international trade fair for industrial quality assurance at Messe Stuttgart. It covers measuring and testing technology, machine vision and image processing, material testing, optoelectronics and QA software. The 38th edition runs for four days in May 2027; in 2026 the organizer held the smaller Control Expert Days instead of the fair.
Who attends
Visitors are quality, production and measurement professionals from manufacturing companies. The 2025 organizer report counts 20,166 expert visitors from 70 countries, with international participation at 36%. About 180 of the 500 exhibitors in 2025 came from outside Germany.
