What it is
Cibus Tec is the food and beverage technology fair held at Fiere di Parma, with a history the organizer dates to 1939. It shows equipment from ingredients and process technology to packaging and logistics. The 2026 edition adds Bakery and Beverage areas, a World Pasta Day and a Wine day, and runs together with Labotec, the Italian laboratory and analysis fair.
