What it is

Clinical Congress is the annual meeting of the American College of Surgeons. It combines surgical education across specialties with an exhibit hall of medical devices, instruments, surgical equipment and training products. The 2027 edition is in San Diego. The 2026 edition took place in Washington, DC.

Surgeons and surgical teams. The organizer says the audience is nearly 80 percent general surgeons, with 7,000 to 8,000 professional MDs expected at the 2026 edition. Residents, medical students, allied health staff and hospital administrators also attend.
